I cannot recommend IVS, specifically Mark, enough!! We travelled up to Yorkshire from Brighton to spend the week with family, but our A7 suffered had a huge leak from the ad blue pipe enroute - we lost over 10L. We didn’t have another mode of transport and were really worried we wouldn’t be able to get it fixed so we could enjoy our holiday. We called two Audi dealerships, both of which were dreadful, before we found IVS over in Huddersfield. Mark looked at pictures electronically and discussed over the phone with us and then said we could come on over. In the meantime Mark and his team were able to source the exact replacement pipe we needed and by the time we arrived, they popped the bonnet and confirmed they were able to fit it there and then! The engine was a mess, covered in ad blue, they cleaned this down, fitted the pipe and reset the fault lights in the car. All of this was done within an hour and we were on our way, despite them being fully booked with other jobs!! Absolutely phenomenal service and the team were super friendly. Independent garages give a much more personalised and honest service - you’re not just a job on a computer as you are with main dealerships. Thank you IVS, you’re legendary - can you move down to Sussex please!!

The guys over at IVS are great. They kept me informed as to what was being carried out and the price. When I come to collect the car everything is ready and they even went to the bother of washing and cleaning the interior of my car before returning it to me (it’s the little things that make the difference). 100% would recommend to anyone

I was recommended to IVS by my elderly next-door neighbour. I visited IVS and met Mark who was very knowledgeable about all things VW. I booked in for MOT and service. Up until now, only had it 'looked after' by main VW dealership in Huddersfield, but I had become frustrated by that dealership. I will now only let Mark look after my vehicles, from now on. Brilliant, just brilliant in every way.

I've used this garage for service and repairs for the last 5 years and can't fault them. Whenever I have had problems with my Golf they have stepped in at short notice, fixed the problem quickly and much cheaper than the main dealer. Best of all they don't treat you like an idiot! Highly recommended - wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Used these guys for the first time this week. I took my Golf in with an ABS light on my dash which they diagnosed for free (another garage was unable to do this). They then booked me in incredibly quickly as my MOT was due. They serviced, MOT'd it and resolved the fault within the day and I was surprised how reasonable their pricing was. So grateful to them. My car came away looking good as new, and driving smoother than it has in a while. Plus they resolved an issue with my car key for free! Cannot recommend these guys more highly.

I’ve used Mark / IVS for over 15 years on my 2 Golf GTi’s I have owned during this time frame. Just had another routine service. As always quality work, with explanation of work undertaken, (and advice on not to spend unnecessary money on a full service, due to small mileage covered since last service!) Fantastic prices compared to main dealers. Also when repairs are needed, full breakdown of parts / prices are given, and the opportunity to inspect old parts to see what needs fixing, not often you can say that when dealing with the motor trade. You will have no bad experiences with IVS. Thoroughly recommended company. I’ll be back for sure.

OUTSTANDING! Accurately diagnosed a fault and fixed issues with my van which nobody else was able to do. Excellent customer service. Know their stuff when it comes to VW's. Friendly and approachable and willing to help. Highly recommend.
